University of Nevada adds StatBroadcast Mobile, StatMonitr for 2014-15

RENO, NEV. -- The University of Nevada and StatBroadcast announced today that the university will use the StatBroadcast platform to provide real-time live stats to its fans on mobile devices for its home and conference road athletic events in 2014-15 via NEVADASTATS.COM. As well, the school will use the StatMonitr system to provide real-time stats feed to media and staff.

University of Nevada is a public university located in Reno, Nevada and is the sole land grant institution in the state. Founded in 1874, it has an enrollment of over 18,000 students. The Nevada Wolf Pack compete at the NCAA Division-I FBS level in 16 varsity sports as members of the Mountain West Conference. The Nevada football team has won 19 conference championships in its history and appeared in 13 bowl games since moving to the FBS level in 1992. The men's basketball team has also captured 19 regular season conference championships along with four tournament championships.

Nevada is the eleventh member of the Mountain West to partner with StatBroadcast; the entire conference now partners with StatBroadcast as part of a league-wide initiative to standardize statistical data across its footprint. Nevada joins UNLV as the second university from the state to use StatBroadcast.
